What counts as an "active client"?
An active client is any client with an onboarding project currently in progress. Once onboarding is complete, you can archive them and free up the slot for a new client — your slot count is always live onboardings, not your total client base.
Can I use my own branding?
White-label branding is available on the Agency plan. This lets you replace Helion Forge branding with your own logo, colors, and custom portal domain — so clients see your brand, not ours.
Is this better than just using Notion or ClickUp?
